Goodwill Southeast Georgia is seeking a Retail Team Leader to guide a store team in delivering exceptional customer service and achieving sales targets. The role focuses on daily operations, merchandising standards, and driving performance through coaching and data-driven strategies.

The successful candidate will leverage experience in retail leadership, staff scheduling, and loss prevention to create a positive shopping environment and support business goals.

Competenze

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• At least 1 year in a supervisory or team leader role in retail.
• Strong understanding of retail operations and customer service principles.
• Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays.
• Basic proficiency with POS systems and inventory management.
• Associate degree or higher in Business, Retail Management, or related field.

• Lead, coach, and develop retail team members to achieve goals.
• Manage daily store operations including opening/closing, inventory, and merchandising.
• Ensure high customer satisfaction through service and prompt issue resolution.
• Monitor sales performance and implement plans to meet targets.
