Job summary

Goodwill of North Georgia seeks an Assistant Store Manager to assist the Store Manager in hiring, training, motivating, and supervising staff. You will lead meetings, ensure donor and customer satisfaction, and maintain merchandising displays.

You will also ensure cash handling follows policy and strive to exceed budgeted financial performance. Training is provided, with potential transfers to other stores as you progress.

Qualifications

• 2+ years supervising 15+ employees or completed Goodwill training with supervision
• Or Bachelor’s degree plus 1 year supervisory experience in logistics/retail
• Or 4+ years of military service with supervisory experience

Responsibilities

• Assist the Store Manager in hiring, training, motivating and supervising staff
• Lead meetings and help the store meet customer and donor satisfaction standards; maintain displays
• Ensure cash handling per policy and drive the store toward meeting budgeted financial performance
