Job summary

Goodwill Industries of Middle Georgia and the CSRA is seeking a candidate to assist the Store Manager in the effective operation of the store selling both new and used merchandise. This position requires the individual to guide employees, handle cashier duties, and ensure customer satisfaction.

The ideal candidate will have retail management experience and a strong ability to communicate effectively with both staff and customers. Candidates must be prepared to work flexible hours including days, evenings, and weekends.

Qualifications

• Experience in retail sales management and customer service.
• Sufficient knowledge of accounting and bookkeeping procedures.
• Ability to assist and advise store personnel professionally.

• Assist the Store Manager in store operations and staff scheduling.
• Instruct and enforce safety and security procedures.
