Job summary

MINISO USA is seeking an Assistant Store Manager in Ballwin, MO to support the Store Manager in daily operations, coaching a dynamic team, and delivering excellent customer service. You will promote the membership program, maintain visual standards, and help drive sales performance across shifts.

The role requires a minimum 1+ year of retail management experience, strong leadership and communication skills, and flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; associate degree preferred.
• Minimum 1+ years in retail management with a track record of leading teams.
• Willingness to relocate, travel between locations, and work nights, weekends and holidays.
• Strong leadership, communication, and customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist Store Manager in daily operations and achieving sales goals.
• Coach and mentor Shift Leads and Sales Associates to improve performance.
• Maintain visual merchandising and operational standards across the store.
• Drive membership program sign-ups and build customer loyalty.
• Support inventory management, shipments, and loss prevention activities.
• Participate in recruitment, training, scheduling, and staff development.
• Ensure compliance with SOPs, policies, and Miniso handbook guidelines.
• Provide feedback to improve team recognition and accountability.
• Assist in cash handling and creating a safe store environment.
