Job summary

Responsibilities

• Lead a dynamic team including the Assistant Store Manager, Shift Leads, and Sales Associates.
• Ensure outstanding customer service, merchandising standards, and operational procedures to drive sales.
• Promote and drive engagement with the store’s membership program to foster loyalty.
• Recruit, hire, train, and retain top talent and develop internal career paths.
• Oversee cash-handling, store safety, and adherence to SOPs.
• Collaborate with Area/District Manager and HR on employee performance and relations.
• Drive store growth through planning to boost traffic and sales and maintain a top store environment.
