MINISO USA Store Manager role in Ballwin, MO overseeing daily store operations, staff leadership, and customer experience. You will guide the team to deliver excellent service, drive sales, and manage inventory while promoting the MINISO membership program to foster loyalty and repeat business.

The position requires leadership across the store, including hiring, training, and developing associates and managers, with a focus on profitability, SOP adherence, and safe, organized environments.

Qualificações

• 3+ years of experience in retail management.
• Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
• Willingness to relocate or manage multiple stores and travel as needed.
• Ability to work nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Promote MINISO membership program and optimize customer loyalty.

Responsabilidades

• Lead store team including ASM, shift leads, and sales associates.
• Deliver outstanding customer service and store merchandising.
• Manage labor, inventory, and store expenses.
• Drive sales and growth through membership program.
• Recruit, hire, train, and develop associates and managers.
• Ensure cash handling, SOP compliance, and store safety.
• Coordinate with Area/District Manager and HR as needed.
• Travel between locations as required.
