Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 1+ years in retail management with team leadership.
• Strong leadership, communication, and customer management skills.
• Willingness to relocate or manage additional stores as needed.
• Ability to travel between locations may be required.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations in support of the Store Manager.
• Coach and mentor Shift Leads and Sales Associates.
• Drive sales, loyalty program sign-ups, and customer engagement.
• Maintain visual merchandising and operational standards.
• Assist in recruitment, staffing, and scheduling.
