Job summary

AT&T Midwest City seeks an Assistant Store Manager to partner with the store manager and oversee daily operations, merchandising, and team development. You’ll coach a team of retail sales consultants to meet sales and service goals and ensure customers experience AT&T’s best-in-class offerings.

You’ll also lead outreach and promotional activities, including off-site events, while participating in paid training and leadership development opportunities.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Three or more years of sales and/or customer experience in telecommunications or related industry.
• Prior management experience.
• Well-developed planning, analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Familiarity with wireless terminology, industry trends and AT&T mobility systems.
• Ability to collaborate with stakeholders on initiatives beyond store walls.
