AT&T in Pleasanton, CA seeks an Assistant Store Manager to support daily operations, drive sales, and ensure exceptional customer service in our retail store. You’ll oversee merchandising and product launches, helping meet sales objectives and deliver an extraordinary customer experience.

You will coach a team of retail sales consultants, collaborate with stakeholders on initiatives beyond the store, and participate in off-site events.

Competenze

• Three or more years of sales and/or customer experience in telecommunications or a related industry.
• Prior management experience.
• Well-developed planning, analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Familiarity with wireless terminology, industry trends and AT&T mobility systems.
• The ability to collaborate with key stakeholders on initiatives beyond store walls.
• Strategic perspective and the ability to champion change.
