AT&T is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to partner with the Store Manager in daily retail operations in the Chaska location. You will coach a team of sales consultants, oversee merchandising, and drive sales objectives while delivering an exceptional customer experience.

Qualifications

• Three or more years of sales and/or customer experience in telecommunications or a related industry.
• Prior management experience.
• Well-developed planning, analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Familiarity with wireless terminology, industry trends and AT&T mobility systems.
• Ability to collaborate with key stakeholders on initiatives beyond store walls.
• Strategic perspective and the ability to champion change.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily store operations in partnership with the store manager.
• Assist with merchandising and product launches to drive sales.

• Participate in outreach and promotional activities, including off-site events.
