Job summary

AT&T inc. in Green Bay, WI is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to help lead daily store operations, coach a team of retail sales consultants, and ensure customers receive best-in-class service and solutions.

You will assist with merchandising, product launches, and promotional events, drive sales to meet objectives, and collaborate with store leadership to deliver a outstanding customer experience. This role includes training and opportunities for advancement within AT&T.

Qualifications

• Three or more years of sales and/or customer experience in telecommunications or related industry.
• Prior management experience.
• Strong communication and leadership skills.
• Familiarity with wireless terminology, industry trends and AT&T mobility systems.
• Ability to collaborate with key stakeholders on initiatives beyond store walls.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily store operations in collaboration with store manager.
• Coach and develop a team of retail sales consultants to meet sales/service goals.
