You will assist with hiring, onboarding, training, and scheduling, while ensuring exceptional customer service, inventory control, and loss prevention.

This role requires flexible hours, including nights and weekends, and a commitment to operational excellence.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 2–4 years of experience as an Assistant Manager or similar retail leadership role.
• 3–5 years of overall retail experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Support daily store operations to meet sales goals and customer experience standards.
• Supervise store associates in sales, inventory, cash handling, and service.
• Assist Store Manager with hiring, onboarding, and training.
• Help maintain staffing levels and provide coaching and performance feedback.
• Ensure safety, merchandising, and loss prevention standards.
