Job summary

Responsibilities

• Assist the Store Manager in asset control and daily store operations.
• Consult with the Store Manager on action plans for selling, restocking, merchandising, ordering, and scheduling.
• Act as the Store Manager in their absence and supervise staff accordingly.
• Assist in recruiting, training, and evaluating store personnel.
• Provide knowledge and guidance to employees and customers across departments.
• Ensure profitability by monitoring inventory, sales statistics, and expenses.
