Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• A minimum of 3 years of progressive experience in a retail environment.
• A combination of education and experience providing equivalent knowledge.
• Prior management experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develops and implements action plans to improve operating results.
• Communicates job responsibilities and performance expectations to direct reports.
• Identifies training and development opportunities for direct reports.
• Models company values to foster teamwork and drive performance.
• Monitors competitive environment and informs leadership of adjustments.
• Provides product feedback and recommends items to carry or discontinue.
• Participates in interviewing store personnel.
• Ensures inventory procedures and cash controls are followed.
• Resolves customer concerns in leadership's absence.
• Maintains store cleanliness and proper signage.
