Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required or preferred.
• Minimum 3 years of progressive experience in a retail environment.
• Prior management experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist with developing and implementing action plans to improve operating results.
• Establish job responsibilities and performance expectations for direct reports.
• Identify training opportunities to boost team performance.
• Support store leadership in achieving sales targets and payroll goals.
• Ensure inventory procedures, product handling, and cash control policies are followed.
• Participate in interviewing store personnel and communicating updates.
• Maintain store cleanliness and signage; merchandise to maximize sales.
• Resolve customer concerns in the absence of the direct leader.
