Job summary

S&S Fuels Management in Las Vegas, NV seeks an Assistant Store Manager to support daily store operations, supervise staff, and ensure safe, customer-focused, profitable performance.

You will assist the Store Manager, handle banking, merchandising, payroll, and resolve customer concerns, with a positive, team-oriented management style. This role may be full-time or part-time with competitive pay and benefits.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Retail sales experience required.
• Experience in C-Stores preferred.
• Experience in managing a retail location preferred.
• Excellent interpersonal communication skills required.
• Strong merchandising skills and understanding of market drivers.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Store Manager in daily operations, staffing, payroll, merchandising, and customer relations.
• Maintain good customer relations and resolve complaints professionally.
• Prepare and transmit daily bookkeeping, invoicing and gasoline data as required.
• Ability to complete daily banking.
• Troubleshoot daily close-out and shift sales analysis.
• Provide shift coverage when needed and safeguard cash handling.
