S&S Fuels Management in Las Vegas, NV is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to support daily store operations, supervise staff, and assist the Store Manager in delivering exceptional service and profitability. The role emphasizes teamwork, training, and customer relations in a fast-paced retail environment.

The position requires a positive, proactive leadership style, experience in retail sales, and a focus on safe, efficient store management.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Experience in retail sales is preferred.
• Experience in C-Stores is preferred.
• Experience in managing a retail sales location is preferred.
• Excellent interpersonal communication skills.
• Strong understanding of competitive relationships and market drivers.
• Solid merchandising skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Store Manager in managing the store in regards to daily operations, employees, payroll, merchandizing, and customer relations.
• Maintain good customer relations and resolve customer complaints, in a timely and professional manner.
• Prepare and transmit the daily bookkeeping, invoicing and gasoline data as required.
• Ability to complete daily banking.
• Troubleshoot daily close out and shift sales analysis.
• Assist the Store Manager with shift coverage in the event there are no other employees available to work.
• Safeguard and account for cash received and disbursed and be responsible for banking requirements.
