Job summary

S&S Fuels Management is hiring an Assistant Store Manager for the Las Vegas area. The role supports daily store operations, staff oversight, payroll tasks, merchandising, and customer relations to keep the store safe, focused on customers, and profitable.

The role requires retail sales experience and the ability to manage cash and banking procedures; C-Stores experience is preferred. Full-time and part-time schedules available.

Qualifications

• Must have strong interpersonal communication skills.
• Retail sales experience is required.
• Experience in C-Stores is preferred.
• Experience managing a retail sales location is preferred.
• Strong merchandising skills are essential.
• Understanding of competitive market dynamics is important.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Store Manager with daily operations and staff management.
• Maintain customer relations and resolve complaints professionally.
• Handle daily bookkeeping, invoicing and gasoline data as required.
• Complete daily banking and cash handling tasks.
• Provide shift coverage when needed and ensure accurate shift sales analysis.
