S&S Fuels Management in Las Vegas, NV, is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to support the Store Manager in daily operations, supervise staff, and ensure a safe, customer-focused environment. The role involves handling shifts, banking tasks, and merchandising to drive store performance.

The ideal candidate has retail sales experience, strong communication, and a proven ability to manage retail operations. Position offers full‑time and part‑time options with potential merit-based pay adjustments

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED.
• Experience in retail sales required.
• Experience in C-Stores preferred.
• Experience in managing a retail sales location preferred.
• Excellent interpersonal communication skills.
• Full understanding of competitive relationships and market drivers.
• Strong merchandising skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Store Manager in managing the store with regard to daily operations, employees, payroll, merchandising, and customer relations.
• Maintain good customer relations and resolve customer complaints in a timely and professional manner.
• Prepare and transmit daily bookkeeping, invoicing and gasoline data as required.
• Complete daily banking.
• Troubleshoot daily close-out and shift sales analysis.
• Assist the Store Manager with shift coverage when no other employees are available to work.
• Safeguard and account for cash received and disbursed, and be responsible for banking requirements.
