Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• Experience in retail sales is required.
• Experience in C-Stores is preferred.
• Experience in managing a retail sales location is preferred.
• Excellent interpersonal communication skills are essential.
• Understanding of competitive market dynamics is important.
• Strong merchandising skills are preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Store Manager with daily operations and staffing.
• Maintain customer relations and resolve complaints promptly and professionally.
• Prepare daily paperwork including bookkeeping, invoicing and gasoline data.
• Handle daily banking and cash accountability.
• Support with shift coverage when needed and supervise staff.
