S&S Fuels Management in Las Vegas, NV is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to support daily operations, supervise staff, and ensure a safe, customer-focused, and profitable store. This role involves assisting the Store Manager, training employees, and handling shift coverage as needed.

The position requires experience in retail sales, strong interpersonal skills, and merchandising expertise to drive performance and customer satisfaction in a busy retail setting.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED.
• Experience in retail sales required.
• Experience in C-Stores is preferred.
• Experience in managing a retail sales location is preferred.
• Excellent interpersonal communication skills.
• Full understanding of competitive relationships and market drivers.
• Strong merchandising skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Store Manager in managing the store in regard to daily operations, employees, payroll, merchandizing, and customer relations.
• Maintain good customer relations and resolve customer complaints in a timely and professional manner.
• Prepare and transmit the daily bookkeeping, invoicing and gasoline data as required.
• Complete daily banking.
• Troubleshoot daily close out and shift sales analysis.
• Assist the Store Manager with shift coverage in the event there are no other employees available to work.
• Safeguard and account for cash received and disbursed and be responsible for banking requirements.
