Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Experience in retail sales required.
• Experience in managing a retail sales location preferred.
• Strong interpersonal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist Store Manager in daily operations, payroll, merchandising, and customer relations.
• Maintain good customer relations and resolve complaints promptly.
• Prepare and transmit daily bookkeeping, invoicing, and gasoline data.
• Complete daily banking.
• Troubleshoot daily close-out and shift sales analysis.
• Assist with shift coverage when no other employees are available.
• Safeguard and account for cash and banking requirements.
