S&S Fuels Management seeks an Assistant Store Manager to run a Company-owned retail location in Las Vegas, NV. The role emphasizes safe, customer-focused operations and profitability, with daily supervision of staff and performance of shift coverage when the Store Manager is away.

Responsibilities include supervising employees, merchandising, handling payroll and banking tasks, resolving customer issues, and maintaining strong community relations.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED.
• Experience in retail sales required.
• Experience in C-Stores is preferred.
• Experience in managing a retail sales location is preferred.
• Excellent interpersonal communication skills.
• Full understanding of competitive relationships and market drivers.
• Strong merchandising skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Store Manager in daily operations, employees, payroll, merchandising, and customer relations.
• Maintain good customer relations and resolve customer complaints timely and professionally.
• Prepare and transmit daily bookkeeping, invoicing, and gasoline data as required.
• Ability to complete daily banking.
• Troubleshoot daily close out and shift sales analysis.
• Assist the Store Manager with shift coverage when no other staff are available.
• Safeguard and account for cash received and disbursed; manage banking requirements.
