Job summary

The Salvation Army USA Western Territory in Henderson, NV is seeking a Retail Store Supervisor for the ARC Store. The role supports the Store Manager, supervises staff, handles customer and donor interactions, and ensures smooth daily operations.

Starting hourly wage is $18.00, with benefits including PTO, medical/dental/vision, retirement plan, and employee discounts. Qualified candidates will have at least 2 years of retail supervisory experience and a valid driver's license.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Minimum of 2 years of Retail Management/Supervisory experience.
• Must be able to operate POS/Cash Register and schedule/supervise store employees.
• Must hold a valid Driver's license and provide proof of insurance.
• Must pass a background check including Criminal History and Sex Offender Registry.
• Ability to communicate effectively with management, employees, customers and donors.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Store Manager in day-to-day store operations.
• In the Store Manager's absence, oversee daily operations.
• Provide coaching and development to store employees.
• Ensure customer/donor needs are met with strong service and relations.
• Lead daily team meetings and ensure policy compliance.
