The Salvation Army Henderson Store is hiring an Assistant Store Manager to support day-to-day retail operations at the Las Vegas area location. This on-site role reports to the Store Manager and focuses on customer/donor satisfaction, staff coaching, and operational excellence.

Starting hourly wage is $18.00 with full-time hours. The role involves scheduling, supervising employees, and ensuring adherence to ARC standards and safety guidelines.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of Retail Management/Supervisory experience.
• Must operate POS/Cash Register and schedule/supervise store employees.
• Must hold a valid Driver's license and provide proof of insurance.
• Must pass background check including Criminal History and Sex Offender Registry.
• Ability to communicate effectively with management, staff, customers, and donors.

Responsabilités

• Assist Store Manager in day-to-day store operations.
• In absence of Store Manager, oversee daily operations and shift changes.
• Provide coaching, training and development to store staff.
• Ensure customer/donor needs are met with quality service and quick resolutions.
• Coordinate morning and shift-change team meetings when Store Manager is absent.
• Supervise staff to ensure compliance with directives and guidelines.
• Train new personnel on store policies per The Salvation Army.
