Job summary

Minis is seeking an Assistant Store Manager in Kentucky to support the Store Manager in daily operations, deliver exceptional customer service, and help drive store performance.

You will lead a team of Shift Leads and Sales Associates, mentor trainees, manage inventory, assist with merchandising, scheduling and policy compliance, and work with Loss Prevention to reduce shrink while growing sales.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• Associate degree or higher preferred.
• 1+ years of experience in retail management with a track record of leading teams.
• Strong leadership, communication, and customer management skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead a dynamic team of Shift Leads and Sales Associates.
• Promote the Minis mission and core values in daily operations.
• Support Store Manager with store operations, merchandising, and procedures.
• Drive sales performance and meet targets through coaching and training.
• Oversee inventory, shipments, damages/returns, and supplies.
• Assist in recruitment, training, staffing, and retention.
• Manage staff scheduling and compliance with company policies.
• Collaborate with Loss Prevention to address shrink.
• Maintain visual merchandising standards and store cleanliness.
