You will lead the team with energy from the front lines, drive sales, and ensure exceptional service while managing labor, inventory, and the membership program.

You’ll recruit and develop staff, uphold company standards, and promote growth through strong leadership and strategic planning.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Associate degree or higher in Business, Hospitality, or related field preferred.
• 3+ years of experience in retail management with a proven leadership track record.

Responsabilités

• Lead store team, including Assistant Manager and Sales Associates.
• Deliver outstanding customer service and drive sales performance.
• Manage labor, inventory, and the store's membership program.
• Recruit, hire, train, and develop staff for internal growth.
