Job summary

Minis is seeking a Store Manager in the United States to lead a dynamic team and deliver a world-class shopping experience. You will drive sales, manage labor and inventory, and promote our membership program while upholding brand standards and exceptional customer service.

You will report to the Area/District Manager, recruit and develop talent, and ensure store operations run smoothly, safe, and visually aligned with guidelines across locations when needed.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in retail management, with a strong track record of leading teams.
• Experience in managing labor, inventory, and promoting membership programs.
• Ability to relocate or manage additional stores based on business needs.

Responsibilities

• Lead a dynamic team, including the Assistant Store Manager, Shift Leads, and Sales Associates.
• Promote and drive engagement with the store’s membership program.
• Drive sales performance and operational efficiency.
• Manage cash-handling tasks and ensure SOP adherence.
• Maintain store standards and visual displays according to guidelines.
• Recruit, hire, train, and retain top talent.
• Collaborate with HR on employee performance and relations.
