Job summary

Minis is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to support the Store Manager in daily operations, customer service excellence, and driving store performance. You will coach team members, maintain merchandising standards, and implement strategies to achieve sales targets while ensuring a safe, clean store environment.

You will lead a team of Shift Leads and Sales Associates, promote the membership program, and help recruit, train, and retain staff. Strong leadership and communication are essential.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; associate degree or higher preferred.
• 1+ years of experience in retail management leading teams.
