Job summary

Minis is seeking a Store Manager to lead a vibrant team and deliver a world-class in-store experience in a fast-paced retail setting. You will be responsible for every aspect of the store, from customer service excellence to inventory control and membership program promotion.

You will guide staff with energy and clear expectations, drive sales performance, manage labor and budgets, and ensure a safe, welcoming environment for customers and associates alike.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate degree or higher in Business Administration, Organizational Behavior, Hospitality or related degrees is preferred.
• 3+ years of experience in retail management, with a strong track record of leading teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead a dynamic team, including the Assistant Store Manager, Shift Leads, and Sales Associates.
• Uphold Miniso mission and values in all aspects of the role.
• Ensure seamless store execution and drive sales performance.
• Promote and drive engagement with the membership program.
• Oversee store operations and performance; develop store employees.
• Train, motivate, mentor, and provide feedback to the team to hit sales goals.
• Recruit, hire, train, and retain top talent; support career development.
• Foster profitability through effective sales strategies and expense management.
• Manage cash-handling tasks and maintain safety and cleanliness.
• Coordinate with Area/District Manager and HR on performance and relations.
• Operate computers/printers, manage schedules, keep the store clean and organized.
• Maintain an inviting store environment and compliant visual displays.
• Strategize to grow store presence and customer traffic.
