Job summary

Goodwill of Central and Northern Arizona is seeking an Assistant Store Manager for the Raintree Store in Scottsdale. This full-time role will lead daily sales floor operations, support donation processing, and drive strong customer service to donors and customers.

You will manage staffing, training, and performance to meet store goals, while traveling to other GCNA locations as needed for coverage and development. Excellent opportunity to grow with Goodwill.

Qualifications

• One-year work experience in Retail Management required.
• One-year customer service experience required.
• Ability to pass a background check and drug screen.
• Ability to speak and read English proficiently.
• High School Diploma or Equivalent preferred.

Responsibilities

• Leads the daily operations of the sales floor and assists with production room as needed.
• Delivers excellent customer service to donors and customers and de-escalates issues.
• Monitors payroll and operating costs to meet budget targets.
• Travels to other GCNA locations as needed for coverage and training.
• Partners with departments to ensure policy compliance and support store goals.
