Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
• Minimum of 2 years previous Retail Management/Supervisory experience (thrift preferred).
• Must hold a valid Driver's license, pass MVR with proof of insurance, have access to a vehicle.
• Must pass background check including Criminal History and Sex Offender Registry.
• Ability to communicate effectively with management, store employees, customers and donors.

Responsibilities

• Assist Store Manager in day-to-day store operations, including opening/closing, POS operations, and inventory management.
• May act in the Store Manager's absence to oversee personnel and cash handling.
• Monitor KPIs to drive store sales and profitability as budgeted goals.
• Schedule staff to ensure proper coverage and conduct team meetings.
• Support hiring, training and performance coaching of store employees.
• Maintain high levels of customer and donor satisfaction through excellent service.
