Job summary

Responsibilities

• Assist Store Manager in day-to-day store operations, including POS, inventory, and donations.
• In the Store Manager's absence, oversee daily operations and personnel.
• Monitor key performance indicators to drive sales and profitability as per budget and goals.
• Schedule staff to ensure proper coverage and conduct daily briefings.
• Assist with hiring, training, and performance coaching of store employees.
• Ensure excellent customer and donor service and maintain community relations.
