Job summary

Lindt is seeking an Assistant Store Manager in Asheville, NC, to help the Store Manager achieve sales plans and profitable operations while delivering superior customer service. You will supervise staff, manage inventory and cash, and uphold Lindt standards in the absence of the Manager.

Qualifications

• Proven sales background with track record of meeting/exceeding goals.
• Experience supervising staff in a premium retail environment is preferred.
• Strong math skills and ability to handle basic accounting tasks.
• Familiarity with computerized POS systems is required.

Responsibilities

• Assist Store Manager in achieving sales plans and operating profit goals.
• Lead and develop staff to deliver superior customer service and brand standards.
• Manage inventory, cash handling and POS processes to ensure accuracy and compliance.
