Job summary

Gap Inc. is seeking a Customer Experience Associate to support the store leadership and deliver a best-in-class customer experience. You will model selling behaviors, educate customers about loyalty programs, and ensure tasks are completed with accuracy and pace.

You will work flexibly, including evenings and weekends, lift up to 30 pounds, and collaborate across the sales floor, stockroom, and office to keep operations smooth and compliant.

• Build and share expertise in the product lifecycle.
• Assist with opening/closing checklists and before/after store hours tasks.
• Leverage omni-channel to deliver a frictionless customer experience.
• Ensure all compliance standards are met.
