Qualifications

• Must hold a valid Driver's license and pass a background check.

Responsibilities

• Assist Store Manager with day-to-day operations including opening/closing procedures and POS operations.
• Manage inventory, donations processing, and store merchandising to meet goals.
• Schedule staff and monitor payroll records; ensure coverage during shifts.
• Coach and develop Beneficiaries and store staff; provide performance feedback.
