Job summary

Qualifications

• No specific education required; High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• 5+ years of experience in a similar role.
• Experience operating a POS system and other in-store computer systems; good telephone skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership and direction to store staff, including supervisors and associates.
• Execute plans to enhance employee productivity and performance.
• Assist the Store Manager with interviewing, hiring, training, and coaching staff.
• Provide coaching to ensure staff performance standards are met.
• Maintain inventory levels through replenishment, shrink control, and communication.
• Assist in developing and implementing action plans addressing sales, safety, training, and development.
