Columbia Sportswear is seeking a Retail Supervisor to lead and develop a diverse team in an active store environment in Gonzales, Louisiana. You will guide associate-level staff, ensure efficient operations, and drive high standards for customer experience in-store.

As a member of the Store Leadership Team, you will train, coach, and supervise staff, uphold store procedures, and collaborate on policies. Strong communication and a track record in retail supervision are essential for success.

Formación

• 2-5 years of experience in retail leadership or supervision.
• Ability to operate a Point of Sales (POS) system and in-store computers.
• Strong communication skills with store leadership, associates, and customers.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee day-to-day work of associate level staff.
• Provide direction, training, and coaching to associates to ensure efficient operations.
• Supervise department to oversee store profitability through receiving, handling, replenishing and processing.
• Create and maintain store culture through teamwork and coaching.
• Collaborate with store leadership on policies, procedures, and standards for assigned areas.
• Maintain company standards and policies; resolve problems or errors.
