Job summary

ALDI USA is seeking an Assistant Store Manager in Springdale, AR to support day-to-day operations, supervise staff, and drive store performance. You will help with scheduling, training opportunities, and executing strategic action plans to improve results.

The role is full-time, averaging 38 hours per week, with a starting wage of $25.50 per hour and a wage increase to $26.50 per hour in Year 2. Previous retail/management experience is preferred; benefits are included for full-time staff.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Minimum of 3 years of progressive experience in a retail environment.
• Prior management experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist with supervising day-to-day store activities and developing action plans.
• Identify training opportunities to develop and grow the team.
• Ensure store payroll and budget management and inventory controls.
• Supervise day-to-day operations and maintain store standards.
• Maintain inventory procedures and customer service excellence.
