Responsibilities

• Assist with developing and implementing action plans to improve operating results.
• Establish job responsibilities and performance expectations for direct reports.
• Identify training opportunities to improve performance.
• Model company values and build teamwork among employees.
• Monitor the competitive environment and adjust as needed.
• Participate in interviewing store personnel and onboarding.
• Ensure inventory procedures, signage accuracy, and cash control policies.
• Maintain store cleanliness and proper signage at all times.
