AT&T is seeking an Assistant Retail Store Manager in Chattanooga, TN to help oversee daily store operations and develop a high-performing sales team. You will support merchandising, product launches, and promotional events while driving sales and delivering an outstanding customer experience.

The role includes coaching retail consultants, coordinating outreach activities, and participating in paid training to build leadership capabilities for future advancement.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of sales and/or customer experience in telecommunications or related industry.
• Prior management experience.
• Strong communication and leadership skills.
• Familiarity with wireless terminology and AT&T mobility systems.
• Ability to collaborate with stakeholders on initiatives beyond store walls.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily store operations in collaboration with the store manager.
• Assist with merchandising and product launches.
• Help meet and exceed sales objectives while delivering an extraordinary customer experience.
• Coach and develop a team of retail sales consultants to achieve goals.
