Qualifikationen

• High school diploma or equivalent strongly preferred.
• One year of retail experience and six months supervisory experience preferred.

• Provide superior customer service leadership; operate cash register and scanner.
• Open and close the store a minimum of two days per week.
• Assist Store Manager with scheduling employees, training, safety meetings, and policy compliance.
• Follow processes to manage merchandise, including receiving, stocking, and displays.
• Maintain inventory accuracy by controlling damages, markdowns, scanning, and paperwork.
• Assist with planograms and merchandise presentation as directed by Store Manager.
• Ensure cash handling integrity and bank deposits; support refunds and overrides as authorized.
• Assist in managing the store in the Store Manager's absence.
