Job summary

You will also help with scheduling, training, safety, planograms, and inventory controls, often stepping in for the Store Manager when needed. This role emphasizes customer service, leadership, and strong cash handling discipline.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required or preferred.
• Experience in retail with supervisory exposure preferred.
• Strong communication and problem solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide superior customer service and operate cash register.
• Open and close the store at least two days weekly.
• Assist with scheduling, training, and safety meetings.
• Manage merchandise receipt, stocking, and displays per planograms.
• Maintain inventory accuracy and control damages and markdowns.
• Ensure cashier accountability and deposit procedures; assist in store management in manager's absence.
