Job summary

ROC is seeking a store operations aide to support the store manager with daily duties, ensuring smooth sales, inventory, and customer service. You will help maintain store appearance, supervise staff, and uphold company standards in performance and presentation.

You will lead by example, handle POS and cash tasks, and strive to improve customer satisfaction and profitability in a fast-paced retail environment.

Qualifications

• High school graduation or equivalent, preferred.
• Knowledge of retail management and people management, a plus.
• Some knowledge of store operations, required – merchandising, inventory control, cash control.

Responsibilities

• Assist the store manager with day-to-day store operations.
• Assist with sales, store appearance, customer service, inventory, and management of employees.
• Lead and direct store employees and supervise their performance in the store manager's absence.
• Take initiative to improve customer service, drive store sales, and meet or exceed store goals/profitability.
• Maintain store appearance and product presentation to company standards.
• Emphasize teamwork and model interaction with customers and employees to influence public perception.
