POP MART is seeking an Assistant Store Manager for the Mall of America location. You will coach and develop team members, drive a customer-first culture, and ensure memorable experiences for collectors and newcomers alike.

You will oversee daily operations, inventory, merchandising, and overall store performance, stepping in as Manager on Duty when needed. The role requires 2+ years of retail leadership, strong communication, and a passion for pop culture.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of retail leadership experience.
• Proven ability to coach and develop teams.
• Strong customer-service focus and communication skills.
• Experience with inventory, merchandising, and POS systems.
• Passion for designer toys, collectibles, art, anime or pop culture is valued.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop store team to deliver exceptional customer experiences.
• Oversee daily operations, cash handling, safety and compliance.
• Manage inventory, replenishment, and merchandising planograms.
• Partner with Store Manager on sales goals and KPIs.
• Act as Manager on Duty when Store Manager is unavailable.
