Job summary

POP MART, a global leader in pop culture retail, is seeking an Assistant Store Manager for its Mall of America location. You will coach and develop a high-performing team, oversee daily operations, and ensure an exceptional customer experience that mirrors POP MART’s premium brand.

This role reports directly to the Store Manager and drives sales, inventory control, and in-store initiatives. You will lead from the floor, manage opening/closing procedures, and support onboarding while promoting

Qualifications

• 2+ years of retail leadership experience in a supervisory or management role.
• Proven ability to lead, coach, and develop high-performing retail teams.
• Strong understanding of retail operations, customer experience, and business performance metrics.
• Passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop Brand Associates and Sales Leads to deliver strong store performance.
• Oversee daily operations, inventory, merchandising and business results.
• Serve as Manager on Duty in absence of the Store Manager.
• Support onboarding, training and performance development of new staff.
• Drive customer engagement and elevate the POP MART brand experience.
• Execute merchandising standards and seasonal campaigns while ensuring stock accuracy.
