POP MART is hiring a Retail Sales Lead at Mall of America to drive exceptional customer experiences and store performance. Qualifications

• Minimum 1+ years retail experience with leadership or supervisory duties.
• Strong communication, coaching, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to use data to improve store performance and operate POS systems.

Responsibilities

• Lead by example to deliver an exceptional customer experience and a customer-first culture.
• Serve as Leader on Duty when Store Manager is unavailable and guide the team.
• Coach and support sales associates to meet performance goals.
• Build relationships with customers by sharing POP MART stories and products.
• Foster an energetic, inclusive environment for customers and staff.
• Achieve store sales goals and monitor KPIs, promotions, and product launches.
• Execute opening/closing procedures and maintain store cleanliness and safety.
• Process transactions, returns, exchanges, and other POS activities.
• Support shipments, replenishment, inventory accuracy, and cycle counts.
• Maintain inventory accuracy and assist with merchandising and planograms.
• Represent the brand in events, activations, and store openings.
