POP MART Americas Inc. is seeking an Assistant Store Manager at Mall of America to lead a high-performing retail team in a fast-paced environment.

You will coach Brand Associates and Sales Leads, deliver an exceptional customer experience, and drive sales performance while overseeing daily store operations and visual merchandising. You will develop talent, partner with the Store Manager on recruitment and training, and foster a customer-first culture that reflects POP MART's premium brand.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of retail leadership experience in a supervisory or management role.
• Proven ability to lead, coach, and develop high-performing retail teams.
• Strong understanding of retail operations, customer experience, and business performance metrics.
• Passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop Brand Associates and Sales Leads to drive performance.
• Deliver an exceptional customer experience on the sales floor and model POP MART standards.
• Partner with Store Manager to meet sales goals and KPIs (conversion, UPT, ATV, payroll efficiency).
• Oversee daily store operations, cash handling, and safety/compliance.
• Manage visual merchandising, planograms, and stockroom organization.
• Build excitement in the local collector community through events and launches.
