POP MART at Mall of America is seeking a Sales Lead to serve as Leader on Duty and drive exceptional customer experiences. You will coach a team of sales associates, manage daily store operations, and support visual merchandising and inventory activities.

The role requires 1+ year of retail leadership, strong communication, and a passion for pop culture. Availability for evenings, weekends and holidays is expected.
