Qualifications

• Required: Sales Specialist Training, Assistant Manager Certification and RSS Certification

Responsibilities

• Lead the store team members in providing excellent customer service to retail and professional customers.
• Supervise the customer service levels on the retail showroom, including related programs.
• Work with the store manager to ensure adequate staffing during peak hours."
• Assist in hiring by completing recruiting tasks and interviewing candidates.
• Ensure phones are answered per policy and manage exchanges/refunds.
• Process orders and communicate shipment arrivals as needed.
• Handle outside purchases and special orders efficiently per procedure.
• Maintain merchandise invoicing and ensure store policies are followed.
• Perform opening/closing duties and secure money and doors.
• Maintain store building, parking lot, and equipment.
